Vishal is the Creative Director and cofounder of RDW. In the past, he’s worked with reputed agencies where he honed his skills as a visionary designer. He has worked with some of the most reputed agencies such as Publicis, Dentsu, Associated, Wolf and on brands ITC, Bacardi, Pigeon, Flipkart, Wipro, Max, Fevicol, Genaral Motors, Taj Group, Mantri Builders and Mylan. He is a driven professional who push the boundaries of convention.

Deepak Nair is the Creative Director- Animation of RDW. He has an outstanding skill in storytelling and animation. 23 years of experience in Indian and International Animation shows, Deepak has worked in multiple roles in the ever evolving Animation Industry in India. Experience of Working on over 10 Live Action movies, 10 Animated Features, 20 Animated Series, 12 Ad Films, and E-learning Projects.

With over 20 years of experience in Software development, Unnikrishnan has done it all. He has worked for many global giants and brings robust experience and expertise to the table. He is a problem solver and is a technophile.

Ambika is our creative copywriter. Copywriting isn't just about getting information and giving words., but about creative thinking too. And she knows that well. Ambika has her bachelor's and master's in Journalism. She has worked for a famous news portal as a content writer.

Akshay is our Social Media Manager. He is responsible for overseeing and managing our presence on social media platforms. His duties include enhancing brand awareness, engaging with the audience, and ultimately contributing to our organization's overall marketing and business objectives. Akshay holds degrees in automobile engineering and digital marketing and has six years of experience in marketing, sales, and digital marketing.

Sanju is a professional SEO expert who specializes in optimizing websites and online content to improve their visibility. With a BBA degree, her job is to increase organic traffic to a website by enhancing its relevance and authority.

Rabeelurahman is our Art director. He creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our targeted audience. Rabeel has completed a degree in visual communication and fine arts. With over eight years of experience in graphic design in GCC countries and India at printing and advertising companies, he brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Zabeeh is our aspiring copywriter, aiming to inspire the world with his words. Even after graduating and working in the finance field, he is here to fulfill his passion for writing. Zabeeh works with the digital and art team to write compelling content for our various clients.

Sakhlal is a vital member of our organization as he works as a Graphic Designer. He creates visual content that effectively communicates advertising campaigns to our audience. With a Visual Communication diploma and nine years of work experience, including working at Lipi Publications and Ad House agency, Sakhlal is a highly experienced professional in his field.

Dominic has been designing and developing websites for over 15 years. His eye for aesthetics helps him build attractive visual communication that never fails to get the eyeballs.

Anu is our account manager. She is the point of contact between our team and our clients. She is always ready to take on new challenges and spring to action in the face of adversities.

Divya foresees all the accounting activities at RDW. She is no stranger to numbers and sheets. She takes care of the revenue side of things and keeps our budgets on track.
